Our Coral Essentials Coral Power Bromide is a 50,000 ppm sodium bromide liquid additive. Bromine in natural seawater is on the order of 65 ppm. For advanced levels in the aquarium the bromide can be checked regularly to determine the absorption in the system.
Dosage: We recommend to start dosing 1 drop (0.05 ml) / day for every 100 lt of water and constantly increase to 2 drops (0.1 ml) / day for a period of about one month. Do not apply a dose greater than 3 drops (0.15ml) / day for every 100L of water in a manual dosing system.
For the advanced aquarist, 0.1ml (2 drops) will increase the Bromide level by 0.05ppm for every 100L of water. If the rate of bromide depletion is known, dose accordingly.
