GOODS REPLACEMENT
Reef Joker will provide for the replacement (same species and / or size) or full refund of the animal in the event that it died during shipment. The replacement or refund will take place only after having received: promptly email with suitable photographic documentation proving the state of the animal and sending the same documentation within 48 hours of delivery, by registered letter with return receipt, to Reef Joker Via Trieste 86 20024 Garbagnate Mil .se (MI) Italy (postmark will be considered valid).
RULES AND RETURNS OF TRANSPORT
The right of withdrawal occurs within 10 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email and sending the same documentation by registered letter with return receipt to Reef Joker Via Trieste 86 20024 Garbagnate Mil.se (MI) Italy - specifying the product codes and the way in which you want to be refunded of the product price. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping costs will be refunded if the product:
- does not correspond to the one ordered
- is damaged or not working
The refund is in accordance with the courier's standard rates. Additional costs cannot be refunded.
We offer the possibility of having the package picked up by the courier directly at the customer's home, upon payment of the shipping costs which will be specified by email.
