Collection: Anemone
The sea anemone belongs to the philum of the Cnidarians, to the class of Anthozoans, to the subclass of the Hexacorals and to the order of the Actiniari.
They are isolated polypoid forms, have a cylindrical body, with a soft wall, without a skeleton and often in bright colors. They live at all depths, fixed by the base (foot) to rocks, stones, shells, algae or other animals.
